Vegan Chocolate Ganache (Semi-Sweet)
10 oz of semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips
8oz of vegan creamer or chilled coconut cream
-Place the 8oz of creamer into a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments until hot but not boiling
-Remove from the microwave and add the 10 oz of chocolate
-Stir until melted then let cool at room temp until ready to use
* You can use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet if you would like.
* You can also do this recipe on the stove by placing the cream in a sauce pot and repeating the final steps
